Must Have
BE / B. Tech / MBA with adequate experience in Property Management / Facility Management, excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills, administrative skills required for the position, Knowledge of CAM Calculation, latest System of Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, CCTV & PA system, HVAC, STP, ETP & WTP, Electrical H. T & L. T System, leadership quality to lead entire region team
What You'll Do.
Oversee operations across all sites in the Southern region
Support operational sites on all aspects of operations
Prepare action plan for Business Growth in region
Define Business policies for Property Management operations
Maintain Good relation with Clients
Responsible for Client and Vendor agreement
Preparation of Annual Financial Target for the Region
Work out estimations/projections for operational sites
Develop & implement business processes
Carry out special audits/ surveys of assets & processes
Provide comprehensive Property Management service
Conduct energy audit for properties
Co-ordinate with various Agencies for approvals
Responsible for smooth operations in every aspects
Formulating & ensuring implementation of operational budgets
Streamline Operation & Maintenance processes
Customise and implement System Process at new sites
Ensure performance of systems and recovery from emergency situations
Oversee operation including planning
Conduct periodic meetings with Property Managers
Identify training needs and arrange training
