The Team: Our Windows Engineering Team works collaboratively across the globe, with local teams in every office providing operational support and project implementation in a challenging, fast paced environment. The Windows & Citrix Engineer position will work directly with our users and management to plan and direct work across our Windows and Citrix environments. About You: The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to prioritize your workload, whether it be production escalation issues, tickets or wider projects. You will have a background in Microsoft Windows with experience in supporting, configuring, and installing Windows Servers. You will be experienced in using Powershell to automate repetitive tasks across large IT estates. You will be experienced in designing, building, and supporting Citrix Desktop Virtualization environments globally, and presenting these environments to a variety of clients as a managed service. ## Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field * 6 to 8+ years’ experience in managing, administering, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 2012, 2016, 2019 and 2022 * Deep experience with Citrix architecture & design.
