led security in a digital platform or product-centric environment, led security in traditional GRC structures, understanding of DevSecOps, understanding of cloud-native environments, understanding of security engineering, understanding of product security integration, ability to lead these workstreams, strategic thinking, hands-on depth, balance risk awareness with commercial reality, pragmatic, solution-oriented leader, thinks in platforms, not in silos, builds scalable systems, not control towers, shape and secure our AI-driven capabilities

What You'll Do.
Integrate security across the entire product lifecycle
embedding security into product discovery
and release processes
establishing and strengthening a DevSecOps-driven Secure SDLC
Build a platform security mindset
ensuring cloud-native architecture
app-first thinking and AI initiatives are secure by design
Reduce friction for engineering teams through automation
smart guardrails and scalable security patterns
Drive pragmatic risk management aligned with business growth
Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met
Act as the owner of enterprise security
IT leadership team and Board on risk

Lead and develop a high-performing security team of 8
