Build a platform security mindset

Reduce friction for engineering teams through automation
smart guardrails and scalable security patterns
Drive pragmatic risk management aligned with business growth
Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met through scalable
well-designed security capabilities
Act as the owner of enterprise security
IT leadership team and Board on risk

Lead and develop a high-performing security team of 8
