What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field), 12-15 years of progressive experience in technical operations management, Minimum 5 years in senior leadership roles managing large teams and multi-location operations, Proven track record in managing technical equipment and skilled workforce, Deep understanding of technical equipment operations, maintenance, and lifecycle management, Knowledge of industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements, Proficiency in resource planning and optimization methodologies, Proven ability to lead and motivate large, geographically dispersed teams, Strategic thinking and business acumen, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Change management and organizational development experience, Crisis management and problem-solving capabilities, Results-oriented with accountability mindset, Adaptable to changing business requirements and market conditions, Analytical and decision-making abilities, Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in diverse environments, Willingness to travel extensively within the state territory
