Must Have
At least 8 years of experience providing legal advice on Markets-related matters (including derivatives, repos and securities lending), Degree in Law, High level of English, working knowledge of market products, including master agreements, Teamwork and collaboration abilities, Capacity to work under pressure, Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and prioritise effectively
Nice to Have
Experience in structured credit derivative transactions, Experience in TRS over equity, loans and bonds, Experience in derivatives on commodities (including EUAs and VCC), A financial background and/or a degree in Business Management or a related field will be considered a plus, Knowledge of other languages will be considered an asset, Exposure to structured notes issuance and synthetic securitisations will be valued
What You'll Do.
Providing legal advice on derivative transactions (both structured and non-structured) across all types of underlying assets (interest rates
structured deposits and structured risk-transfer including the drafting of all necessary documentation.
Providing legal advice on new regulatory developments affecting Markets
as well as legal support in the implementation of corporate projects
participating in multidisciplinary forums and working groups.
Offering legal advice on matters related to Treasury and Markets that require the assessment or involvement of the Legal team.
