5+ years of manufacturing experience, Certified in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, Proven experience in leading Lean Sigma initiatives, Proficient in facilitating Kaizen events, Analytical mindset, interpersonal skills, communication skills, Flexibility and adaptability, team player behavior, persuasion skills, Computer knowledge: Google workspace, MS. Power Point, MS. Excel and Power BI
Nice to Have
Yellow belt or Green Belt certification
