Draft Vendor RFP preparation

scope writing and tendering

Assist in contract administration

Review and provide recommendations on variations

Collect and vet supporting documentation for client submission

Obtain timely client approvals

Provide Program Management Skills and tracking

Present key updates to client & JLL Leads

Monitor and track the Project Program

Implement recovery plans when needed

Maintain project budget in accordance with client requirements

Manage and forecast expenditure

Maintain a detailed overall project programme

Provide forward planning and direction to the Team

Develop / Vet Progress Reports

Make informative decisions or advice to the Client

Report key issues or escalations to JLL Leads

Project Financial Status Reporting / Payments and Change Orders

Project Close-Out & Documentation Management

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Regular coordination with client representatives, JPMC partners, Workplace Team and other stake holders; Close integration with vendor partners; Pro-actively develop and manage stakeholder relationships; Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation, performance excellence and personal success; Motivate the team when under pressure, and provide guidance on what action has to be taken; Keep the Team Focused on the Project to achieve goals in a timely manner; Be Innovative, Professional and Role Model to the Team; Present key Updates to the client & JLL Leads in the form of Weekly and Monthly Reports and email communication; Report to JLL Leads any key issues or escalations, so support will be provided; Works well with diverse teams from various countries/cultures

Communication Scope

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Natural communicator who enjoys engaging at all levels; Has a natural hospitality-orientated communications acumen; Ability to interact with a wide range of client staff, including senior levels
