Must Have
clinical knowledge: spinal/extremity adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehab exercise protocols, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Comfort promoting services and converting consultations into ongoing care, Familiarity with EHR and scheduling software, Ability to balance clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment, Team-oriented with a commitment to a high-quality, empathetic patient experience
What You'll Do.
Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patient
Design and guide patients through rehab exercise programs
monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients
Present personalized care plans (including financial and scheduling options) and build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up
timely SOAP note documentation
and patient communications
Collaborate with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals for integrated care delivery
