What They're Looking For.
Must Have
21 years of age or older, Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, Valid and Clean driving record for the past 3 years, Ability to work outdoors in hot and physically demanding conditions, Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions, Able to travel and work flexible hours as required, Must pass drug testing / BG, Must be able to work under the Head of AZ Travel
What You'll Do.
Operating a chip box or aggregate spreader during road maintenance and chip seal projects
Ensuring materials are spread evenly and safely
Performing pre-operation equipment checks
and monitoring aggregate materials
Spreading materials evenly according to project requirements
Adjusting equipment settings to control material application
Inspecting work for proper coverage and quality
Performing basic maintenance and cleaning equipment after use
Keeping the work area clean and organized
