We are looking for a Contract Chinese Localization Editor to support localization efforts for our upcoming title, Guild Wars 3. Working closely with Localization, Narrative, Design, Audio, Production, and QA teams, you will help ensure the Chinese player experience feels polished, natural, culturally authentic, and aligned with the creative vision of the game. As a Localization Editor, you will review, edit, and improve localized game content across a variety of in-game experiences including UI, narrative, gameplay systems, tutorials, cinematics, live-service content, and marketing materials. This role requires strong linguistic expertise, editorial judgment, and a deep understanding of how localization impacts player experience. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Edit, review, and refine all Chinese-localized content both in-game and out-of-game to ensure quality, accuracy, consistency, readability, tone, and cultural relevance, grounded in a deep understanding of the game’s lore, narrative, and mechanics. - Create and maintain localization resources, including glossaries, style guides, terminology databases, and editorial standards to ensure long-term linguistic consistency. - Ensure all localized content aligns with the established voice, style, and creative direction of the game - Serve as the linguistic quality owner, providing authoritative decisions on terminology, phrasing, an
