Must Have
Right to work in the UK

Previous experience as a Specialist Chinese Chef, Previous experience in a similar role, or a high-end fresh food industry related sector
What You'll Do.
Overseeing and supervising production of Chinese cuisine
and counselling the team
and presenting new menu designs
Day to day managing and supporting of the Kitchen team
Planning production to the daily schedule
Establishing production of Chinese cuisine recipes
Controlling food costs
Performing quality control checks
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Working closely with the Executive Chef team; Maintaining good working relationships with all DO & CO family members; Maintaining good working relationships with our partners, vendors, and other stakeholders
