Full Job Description
You will join China Operation Team and base in Yixing, your main responsibilities are: * Lead overall operations in China covering Manufacturing, Quality, HSE, and Supply Chain, ensuring alignment with Group and Regional strategies. * Drive operational excellence across all plants, focusing on lean production, continuous improvement and automation projects * Ensure best-in-class EHS performance, building a strong safety culture and ensuring full compliance with regulatory and Group standards. * Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, logistics and inventory optimization to ensure on-time delivery and working capital efficiency. * Ensure QMS and quality targets achievement * Build and develop a high-performing leadership team, including plant managers and functional heads, strengthening organizational capability and succession pipeline. * Manage budget, cost control, and efficiency improvement * Ensure EHS, compliance, and internal audit implementation Who we are looking for _Professional Knowledge_ * Multi-site manufacturing operations management * Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies * Equipment & maintenance management * Knowledge of Quality Management Systems * EHS & compliance * Experience in digitalization and automation in industrial environments * Financial acumen including budgeting, cost control and performance management * Strategic planning and business transformation capabilities _Skills_ * Leadership and people management * Strategic thinking and business acumen * Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management * Change management and transformation leadership * Communication (local & international environment) * Problem-solving and decision-making capability * Execution excellence * Talent development and organizational building Other qualifications * Proven experience as COO / Operations Director / Multi-plant leader in large industrial or manufacturing organizations * Strong exposure to multina
