Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university., Three years of experience in one or more of the following areas: child support enforcement, insurance claim processing, credit or other financial resource investigation activities related to the practice of law or its enforcement, the administration of justice, or related areas, or six years of experience in one or more of those areas, and two year experience as a Child Support Technician or equivalent., Must possess/maintain valid Missouri Driver’s License., Must submit to and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Monitors system generated case management reports
and compiles statistical reports

interacts regularly with the general public and partner agencies and advises the Director of staff training needs and any particular problems that may arise within the unit
