Must Have
Bachelor's degree, Work history in CFSR-related child welfare programs, Minimum of 5 years’ direct field experience, Ability to travel for onsite reviews, 5 years of assessment skills
Nice to Have
Master's degree, Supervisory, administrative, and/or management experience, 2 years of direct experience working for a state Court Improvement Project, Experience in quality assurance, Experience applying the Onsite Review Instrument, CFSR process experience, Experience working in a federal contracting environment
