Array partners with an extensive network of hospitals, health systems, community healthcare organizations, and payors to improve access and deliver the highest quality of care to patients.    ABOUT THE ROLE  We currently have an opportunity for a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with an active Illinois license for a 100% telepsychiatry position. This position is part-time (16 hours/week) and will allow you to provide services remotely for patients accessing care from an outpatient mental health clinic. Patient population includes children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.   WHAT YOU’LL DO  - Provide a full range of psychiatric services to assigned patients, including assessment, evaluation, screening, diagnosis, and treatment  - Analyze and evaluate patient data and test findings to diagnose nature and extent of behavioral health disorder  - Direct and/or implement psychotherapeutic treatments as well as prescribe medication to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders  - Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, social workers, psychiatric nurses, or other professionals to discuss treatment plans and progress  - Examine or order laboratory tests to provide information on general physical condition and mental disorders  - Participate in treatment team activities to include the development and periodic review of treatment plans and to take the necessary steps when an individual refuses treatment    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR  - Clinicians must have active state license  - 1-3 years of experience since obtaining license   - Intermediate to advanced experience with technology   - Strong communication skills   - Established
