Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Define and execute the overall technology strategy aligned with business growth, product expansion, and long-term scalability goals. Lead and structure all core technology functions including engineering, architecture, DevOps, SRE, data, and security. Design and evolve scalable system architectures leveraging cloud-native principles, distributed systems, APIs, and microservices. Oversee the development of robust data platforms, including data engineering, governance, analytics, and AI-driven initiatives. Drive implementation of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, observability frameworks, and infrastructure reliability standards. Ensure security, compliance, and regulatory alignment including LGPD and information security best practices. Lead innovation initiatives in artificial intelligence, automation, and advanced data utilization. Support the design and development of new digital products, platforms, and future payment-related solutions. Build, mentor, and develop technical leaders, ensuring strong succession planning and organizational maturity. Establish engineering standards, frameworks, and scalable development processes across teams. Partner closely with executive leadership to align technology decisions with business strategy and operational needs. Act both strategically and operationally when required to ensure execution excellence and business continuity. Requirements: Proven experience in executive technology leadership roles (CTO, VP Engineering, or equivalent) in high-growth digital companies. Strong academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; MBA or postgraduate studies are a plus. Deep expertise in cloud architecture, particularly AWS, and modern distributed system design. Strong technical knowledge of microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, and scalable platform engineering.
