20+ years experience in technology, 10+ years in engineering management, CTO, VP Engineering, or senior technology leader experience, B2B SaaS, fintech, communications, or regulated technology experience, Trading floor systems experience, Demonstrated deployments and global experience in capital markets, Leading large-scale architectural transformations, Delivering mission-critical, high-availability platforms, Experience with complex systems spanning cloud, Experience with deployed hardware and remote management, Extensive experience with Linux/Windows production workloads, Deep knowledge of cloud technology, Commercial acumen with experience aligning product and technology investments to revenue growth, Exceptional communication skills, Experience presenting to Boards, investors, enterprise customers, and senior stakeholders
