What You'll Do.
Ensure guest spaces are set
Maintain communication with kitchen and departments
Ensure guests are met on arrival
Ensure carriages are set/reset
Leave train in presentable condition
Connect and build rapport with guests
Meet and greet VIPs and regular guests
Manage inventory stock levels
Maintain appropriate PAR levels
