Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Build and own the end-to-end enterprise risk management framework, including policies, controls, governance structures, and reporting systems. Define and operationalize the organization’s risk appetite framework, aligned with global regulatory expectations and industry best practices. Establish independent risk oversight across financial and non-financial risk domains, ensuring consistent monitoring and escalation processes. Lead engagement with regulators and external stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions, representing the company’s risk posture. Design and implement scalable risk systems, dashboards, and reporting tools to support proactive risk identification and mitigation. Serve as a senior advisor to executive leadership while maintaining independence of the risk function across the organization. Build, scale, and lead a global risk organization, including hiring, team development, and operating model design. Oversee risk governance processes and ensure alignment across Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Security functions. Drive continuous improvement of risk frameworks to support safe growth in a rapidly evolving regulatory environment. Requirements: 15+ years of experience in risk leadership roles within financial services, fintech, or highly regulated industries. Proven experience building or transforming enterprise risk management functions at scale. Deep expertise in risk governance, internal controls, regulatory frameworks, and multi-jurisdictional compliance environments. Strong background across financial and non-financial risk areas, including operational, market, credit, liquidity, and technology risk. Demonstrated ability to operate in high-growth, high-ambiguity environments while balancing innovation and risk discipline. Proven track record of engaging with regulators and external stakeholders in complex regulatory contexts.
