1+ year leadership role, 10+ years SAP solution development, 3+ years SAP release management, 3+ years change/transport tooling, 5+ years SAP release management/test automation, 3+ years SAP FI, SD, MM, PP, GTS, EH&S, CFIN, GPD, PS, EWM, Manhattan Associate AATP or SAP Basis, 3+ years engineering release plans, Excellent written and verbal skills

SAP Activate methodology, SAP Basis knowledge, ABAP development knowledge, SAP functional modules knowledge
What You'll Do.
Design wave-based release roadmaps
Define release scope and sequencing
Coordinate across value streams
Establish release gates
Lead release planning ceremonies
Manage wave interdependencies
Analyze schedule risk
Own SAP system migration strategy
Govern transport management process
and promote transports
Coordinate system refreshes
Manage environment availability
Prevent environment conflicts
Apply SAP Basis knowledge
Collaborate with ABAP teams
Assess transport impact
Oversee SAP integrations
Coordinate interface testing
Support solution validation
Serve as release accountability
Maintain release register
Produce executive dashboards
Chair Release Advisory Board
Escalate release blockers
Resolve release blockers
Broker trade-off decisions
Align release content
Develop cutover plans
Maintain cutover runbooks
Orchestrate dry-run rehearsals
Lead hypercare planning
Stabilize post-go-live
