Must Have
15+ years senior leadership experience building and scaling global payments network functions, Deep expertise in global payments infrastructure: licensing, correspondent banking, regulatory frameworks, and strategic market entry, Proven track record of building and managing complex institutional banking relationships, Hands-on expertise in treasury risk management, intra-group funding, and FX and interest rate hedging strategies at scale, Background in fintech, payments infrastructure, or a regulated global financial institution operating at significant scale
Nice to Have
Experience with or a credible, forward-leaning point of view on stablecoin infrastructure, programmable payments, and next-generation cross-border settlement
