Must Have
Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role in software engineering, IT services, or a related field., track record of managing and scaling teams across multiple locations., Demonstrated expertise in value-based and/or project-based delivery models., Excellent people leadership skills visible, approachable, and trusted by teams., focus on delivery, efficiency, and quality., Exceptional communication skills in English (other local languages are a plus)., Understanding of Eastern European culture to foster trust, collaboration, and employee satisfaction and ability to engage closely with teams in Serbia, Moldova, and Romania., client orientation with proven experience in business development and account growth., Hands-on, pragmatic mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution., Entrepreneurial mandate: operator role with ownership, scaling delivery and innovation.

What You'll Do.
Lead and inspire software engineering teams across multiple delivery centers.
Drive a culture of process ownership across all delivery hubs.
Own delivery readiness and ensure processes directly enable business growth.
Own and continuously optimise delivery processes
and ISO compliance as guardrails.
Own cross-functional processes with HR
IT to secure the right structures and resources.
Own management reporting cadence and performance transparency to CEO and Board.
Ensure operational excellence in project execution
Frequent presence at main delivery hubs and client locations to ensure employee and client proximity
direct client engagement
translate needs into priorities.
Lead a lean and efficient operation with ISO compliance
Drive communication and collaboration across locations and functions.
Drive a team culture with talent development
and IT to ensure teams have the right support.
Head the AI agenda including upskilling workforce
support further establishing the AI competence centre and community of practice.
Provide regular reporting and insights to the CEO and Board on performance
Support business development by ensuring delivery readiness and client satisfaction.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with the CEO and Board to execute the company’s strategy.; Be the bridge between leadership and our teams on the ground.; Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Development to convert opportunities into long-term, high-value engagements.; Drive communication and collaboration across locations and functions.; Partner with HR, Finance, and IT to ensure teams have the right support.
