No matter what.” ________________________________________ The Chief Operating Officer (COO) provides leadership and support to the Planned Parenthood Great Plains’ health centers and business operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality sexual and reproductive health care. The COO is a member of PPGP’s executive leadership team and has oversight of health center operations, finance, centralized operations through Clinical Health Network (CHN) which includes IT, revenue cycle, and patient contact center, facilities, and security. The COO partners with the CEO and VP of Healthcare Operations to develop strategies for care delivery and optimization informed by the organization’s deep commitment to reproductive freedom. This position requires travel to PPGP’s health centers in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma.  For the protection of patients, team members and all who enter our facilities, PPGP has made the decision to require COVID-19 vaccination for all team members, unless granted medical or religious exemption, as a condition of employment. ## RESPONSIBILITIES Provides oversight of the Health Services team including health center management and Centralized Operations.
