Chief of Staff-Project Manager **Company:** The Boeing Company The Boeing AvionX organization is currently seeking a **Chief of Staff** -**Project Manager** to support our**Quality, Manufacturing & Production Engineering Team** located in **St Louis, MO**. This position will focus on supporting programs across BDS, BCA & BGS business within the AvionX organization. Boeing AvionX develops and produces avionics and electronics systems designed for use on aircraft and other platforms for purposes such as navigation, flight controls, information systems, and other core avionics functions. We have set our sights high – to design, develop, and manufacture the most technically advanced and reliable avionic systems in the world. We are innovating and developing new products that address the future of the urban air mobility as well as our next generation of commercial, tactical, and trainer aircraft markets, and other strategic growth areas. Who You Are You are an experienced Project Management professional with a strong background leading teams to success in complex & dynamic work environments. You are a strong leader, able to work cross functionally & vertically throughout organizations. You have strong project management and leadership experience to plan and manage broad scopes of work, develop & implement strategies and ensure delivery surpasses expectations. You have demonstrated leadership and a strong track record in all aspects of Program Management and experience working with program managers, engineers, production, development teams and others. You are experienced in planning & tracking progress, developing metrics & systems to monitor performance. You have experience in Lean and BPSM. **Position Responsibilities:** * Leads development and execution of the organization operating rhythms (including leadership meetings and execution reviews) that are needed to drive performance and accountability through the organization * Leads special project-based assignments and
