Must Have
Bachelor's degree or higher in business, business administration, computer science or engineering or equivalent, 3+ years of experience working with Senior Leaders/Executives to establish strategic plans and objectives, 3+ years of experience leading business operations for a large scale program or business, Experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions or initiatives, Experience leading and managing a team, Ability to obtain a U. S. Security Clearance, U. S. Person required

Experience on program or product development programs, 5+ years of experience in business operations or chief of staff role, Experience developing executive level presentations, Project Management experience, Experience using AI and advanced tools to automate workflows & metric reporting, Experience working with a high level of discretion in handling confidential information, Experience analyzing and summarizing data for executive consumption, Multitask effectively, Use sound judgment to execute
What You'll Do.
Lead development and execution of organization operating rhythms
Drive performance and accountability through the organization
Lead special project-based assignments
Ensure coordination / implementation / execution are successful
Assist and support development of team priorities
Drive / monitor team progress towards delivering priorities
Track and drive actions in the Quality
Partner with Finance on LRBP and other financial
Manage AvionX Capital Planning Process
Shape major meeting agendas
Create content for executive & team meetings
track and drive organizational measures of effectiveness
Maintain the pulse internally and externally on prevailing
Develop recommendations for engagement strategies and opportunities
Lead the development of messaging content for executive
