Must Have
generalist background in consulting, banking, strategy/ops, product operations, or high-growth tech, Technical fluency: you can follow API and platform discussions with product and engineering teams and ask sharp questions, Excellent communication craft: executive-quality writing and slides that tell a clear story and drive decisions, Sound judgment under ambiguity: you make progress with imperfect information and competing priorities, High ownership and reliability: deadline-driven, detail-oriented, able to run multiple workstreams without dropping balls, Comfortable operating behind the scenes while influencing outcomes and enabling product leadership to move faster
Nice to Have
worked close to product, engineering, or data teams (product management, data, engineering, or adjacent roles), built or improved operating cadences in a scaling org (planning, analysis, reporting)
What You'll Do.
Run the product org's operating system: refine planning cycles

Orchestrate leadership and cross-functional meetings: set agendas
