Eligibility Requirements

Must be based in Florida (relocation provided), Support up to 50% travel, U. S. citizen or national, U. S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U. S. as a refugee or granted asylum, Background Check required, Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) background check if at any time the role requires one to be on a military installation, Drivers who operate Commercial Motor Vehicles may be subject to additional Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related technical field, 10+ years of progressive experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or high-tech operations with demonstrated strategic impact, Experience in operations management, or similar roles, Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, financial acumen with ability to "think and communicate like a CFO", analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills, Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment

What You'll Do.

Support an SVP on tactical and strategic priorities

Drive execution across key initiatives

Review materials and recommendations with enterprise lens

Participate in development and refinement of Operations Strategy

Manage SVP's strategic priorities

Define and drive adoption of KPIs

Drive special projects and strategic initiatives

Manage crisis response and contingency planning

Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies

Coordinate with Operations leadership team

Optimize decision-making by conducting research/analysis

Serve as liaison between Operations and other departments

Represent the SVP in key meetings

Prepare executive-level communications

Support Rhythm of the Business meetings

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Ensure alignment across all Operations teams; Drive cross-functional programs requiring coordination with Engineering, Business Development, and other organizational units; Coordinate with Operations leadership team to maintain alignment and drive efficiency; Gather key facts and perspectives from stakeholders; Serve as a liaison between Operations and other departments, fostering collaboration and eliminating silos

Communication Scope

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal; Prepare executive-level communications, presentations, and briefings

Process & Methodology

Drive special projects and strategic initiatives across Operations
