We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to join our Core Banking team, reporting directly to the General Manager of Core Banking. This is a high impact role partnering closely with senior leaders to help drive strategic priorities, improve organisational effectiveness, and ensure we execute brilliantly across a complex and fast moving area of the business. You’ll act as a strategic partner and operational leader, helping create clarity, alignment and momentum across teams. You’ll balance long-term thinking with hands on execution, helping leadership teams make better decisions, move faster, and stay focused on what matters most.
