About the Team Droyd builds autonomous robotic systems that automate repetitive manual work in real environments. We design and manufacture our hardware in-house, which means iteration, fabrication, and execution all happen under one roof. As the company scales, execution increasingly depends on strong coordination across customers, hiring, operations, and internal priorities. We move quickly across engineering, demos, recruiting, and company-building — and we need someone to keep it organized and driving forward. About the Role As Chief of Staff at Droyd, you will work closely with leadership to keep the company running smoothly. This is a high-leverage operational role focused on driving cross-functional follow-through, keeping priorities aligned, coordinating important initiatives, and acting as a general-purpose operator across the business. You will help make sure key work does not stall, important relationships stay warm, internal operations improve as the team grows, and leadership stays focused on the most important problems. This role is based on-site in San Francisco, CA.
