We are continuing our mission by building new, superior applications in emerging use cases as applications become increasingly integrated with AI. All members are expected to be hands-on and to contribute directly to the company’s mission. Why This Role Matters - Serve as the trusted extension of the CEO's mind, maximizing their effectiveness and strategic focus. - Translate the CEO's vision into clear, actionable priorities (OKRs/KPIs) and ensure consistent, rigorous follow-through across all leadership teams. - Operate as the central hub of communication, planning, and coordination for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). - Own cross-functional problems and fix them with a bias for speed, structure, and accountability. - Help scale the company by building necessary systems and driving momentum in a relentlessly fast-moving environment. What You Will Do - Partner directly with the founder/CEO to define, track, and drive progress on company-wide strategic priorities, OKRs, and critical initiatives. - Prepare high-quality briefings, analysis, and recommendations to support C-level decision-making and strategically optimize the founder/CEO's time and focus. - Lead and facilitate core leadership forums (ELT meetings, off-sites), driving clear agendas, documentation, and ensuring cross-departmental alignment and execution momentum. - Draft and refine polished communication materials for internal teams, the Board, and investors, serving as a key liaison across departments. - Lead and execut
