What You'll Do.
Act as extension to Managing Director
Support Managing Director
Work with senior management team
Lead development of operating rhythms
Lead execution of operating rhythms
Partner with Finance on LRBP
Partner with Finance on financial reviews
Shape major meeting agendas
Create content for webcasts
Create content for executive meetings
Create content for off sites
Track organizational measures of effectiveness
Drive organizational measures of effectiveness
Develop recommendations for leader
Prioritize events for leader
Prioritize meetings for leader
Prioritize travel for leader
Partner with Executive Office Administrators
Interface with domestic functional leads
Interface with international functional leads
Achieve business objectives
Lead development of messaging content
Provide oversight to projects
Provide coordination to projects
Provide mentorship to projects
Organize critical meetings
Prepare meeting material
