Not by building complex systems, but by making sure every team operates to the same high standard, knows what good looks like, and has a clear path to grow. This is a hands on role for someone who thrives in the detail, earns trust quickly at senior level, and brings calm, consistent rigour to how we run. What You'll Do - Set the standard: Establish consistent performance expectations across every team, so there's no ambiguity about what good looks like at Almedia - Build growth paths: Work with department leads to define clear progression frameworks so people know how to develop and what they're working towards - Reinforce culture: Translate our values into day-to-day operating norms, rituals, and behaviours that stick - Drive accountability: Partner with the SLT to ensure performance is reviewed regularly, feedback lands well, and performance is addressed early - Own the reward link: Ensure bonus, equity, and recognition structures reflect and reinforce performance outcomes What You'll Bring - Experience operating at C level proximity in a high-growth startup (100–300 people) - A track record of raising standards across teams, not just within one function - Strong people instincts, you build trust fast and can challenge senior stakeholders without creating friction - Hands-on experience with performance frameworks, levelling, or compensation design - Bonus: background in elite environments (profes
