Must Have
active medical license, CA Physician Licensure eligible, Previous experience in a leadership role in a medical staff structure, At least five years’ experience as department chair, committee chair, medical director or chief of staff, Demonstrated team leadership and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, action planning skills, interpersonal skills, proven written and verbal communication skills, Flexibility, adaptability, motivation and creativity in dealing with change, timeliness and attention to detail, Experience working in a highly matrixed health care environment, Ability to read, write, hear and verbally communicate in English
