What You'll Do.

The Chief Marketing Officer will own and define the global marketing strategy, encompassing brand, demand generation, product marketing, content, and field/partner marketing, ensuring alignment with revenue objectives.

This role involves building and scaling a demand generation engine across multiple channels to drive pipeline growth, developing brand positioning and category leadership in cybersecurity markets, and partnering with Sales, Product, and Revenue leadership to achieve measurable outcomes.

The CMO will also oversee digital, content, and SEO/SEM strategies, implement marketing analytics and reporting systems, and lead/scale a global marketing organization.

## Accountabilities Own and define the global marketing strategy across brand, demand generation, product marketing, content, and field/partner marketing, ensuring alignment with overall revenue objectives. Build and scale a high-performance demand generation engine across paid, organic, ABM, and partner channels to consistently drive pipeline growth. Develop and own brand positioning, messaging architecture, and category leadership strategy within cybersecurity, DLP, and workforce analytics markets. Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Revenue leadership to ensure marketing efforts directly translate into measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes. Lead product marketing strategy including product launches, competitive positioning, pricing communication, and sales enablement materials. Oversee digital, content, and SEO/SEM strategy while building a strong thought leadership presence across key industry audiences. Design and implement marketing analytics, attribution frameworks, and performance reporting systems to demonstrate ROI and optimize spend. Build, lead, and scale a global marketing organization while developing processes, capabilities, and external partnerships. Requirements: 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing leadership experience, including at least 3+ years in a VP or CMO-level role. Proven success scaling demand generation and pipeline in SaaS, enterprise software, or high-growth technology environments. Strong expertise in cybersecurity, insider risk, DLP, workforce analytics, or adjacent enterprise technology markets (or ability to rapidly master complex domains).
