Must Have
10–12 years of experience in HR PMO, HR transformation, or strategic HR roles, understanding of workforce analytics, HR metrics, and financial tracking, Proven experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects, Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership, business acumen with a data-driven and analytical mindset, Experience in governance frameworks, reporting, and performance tracking, Ability to drive change management and organizational transformation, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
Nice to Have
Experience in BFSI or large, complex organizations is an advantage, MBA or postgraduate qualification in HR, Business, or related field
