About the Role We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead and strengthen our organization’s information security posture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all security and compliance initiatives, managing vulnerabilities, and ensuring alignment of security practices across product and engineering teams. What You’ll Do - Oversee and ensure compliance with all relevant security standards, regulations, and frameworks applicable to the organization. - Identify, assess, and manage vulnerabilities across systems, applications, and infrastructure. - Establish and drive organization-wide security policies, procedures, and best practices. - Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and platform teams to integrate security into the development lifecycle. - Lead risk assessments, audits, and security reviews to proactively mitigate threats. - Ensure timely remediation of security issues and compliance gaps. - Act as the primary point of contact for all information security-related matters. - Build and mentor a security-focused culture across teams.
