Full Job Description

Strategic Growth Partners (SGP) is seeking a Chief Information Officer who will be responsible for leading and managing the Company’s IT & Cybersecurity (“IT & CS”) Division, including overall strategy, operations, service delivery, client engagement, financial performance, and internal technology leadership. The CIO is expected to operate as both a strategic leader and operational executive, helping guide the continued growth, maturity, scalability, and effectiveness of the Company’s technology and cybersecurity capabilities. Workplace Type: Remote. Compensation: W-2. $150,000 - $220,000 per year. Key Responsibilities: IT & Cybersecurity Division Leadership: • Lead and manage the IT & CS Division, including employees, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, strategic partners, and other supporting resources. • Establish divisional priorities, operational standards, service delivery expectations, and overall strategic direction. • Build, develop, and mentor the IT & CS team while supporting accountability, responsiveness, and continuous improvement. • Assist with resource planning, staffing strategy, organizational structure, and scaling of the Division as the Company grows. Client & Service Delivery Management: • Oversee delivery and execution of all IT & CS-related client services, engagements, support activities, and special projects. • Manage client relationships related to IT, cybersecurity, compliance, infrastructure, systems, and related technology initiatives. • Support the development, implementation, and management of cybersecurity, compliance, and governance-related initiatives, including CMMC, NIST, Microsoft 365 security, GRC, and related efforts. • Support the scoping, planning, execution, and oversight of approve
