Job Title: Chief Growth Officer Location: Cambridge, UK or Remote, UK, with regular travel to Cambridge Salary: £105,000 – £125,000 p.a. full-time equivalent, dependent on experience Basis: Permanent, full-time, part-time or flexible Eligibility: You must be eligible to work in the UK You must be comfortable with frequent international travel **The role** The Raspberry Pi Foundation is looking to appoint a Chief Growth Officer to lead the growth of our educational impact. This is a pivotal role on our Executive team, with direct responsibility for our work in India, Kenya, South Africa, the United Kingdom and Ireland, alongside growing our global network of partner organisations in other countries around the world. You will be accountable for setting and delivering growth strategies in each of our priority markets, ensuring that our programmes reach the educators and young people who stand to benefit most. You will lead experienced country teams, working closely with them to develop the infrastructure, relationships, and capabilities needed to realise our ambitions at scale. You will also lead our global partnerships function, developing and stewarding relationships with mission aligned organisations that multiply our reach and impact beyond the markets we operate in directly. This is a demanding and varied leadership role that sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and external engagement. Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will be a member of the Executive team, working collaboratively with our Chief Financial Officer, Chief Learning Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief Technology & Product Officer, and helping to shape the overall direction, culture, and priorities of the organisation.
