Must Have
Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA or equivalent, 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, exposure to capital raising, investor relations and funding transactions, Proven experience preparing and presenting investment pitches and fundraising presentations, Experience working with investors, banks, private equity, venture capital or institutional lenders, leading IPO or preparing a privately held company for listing/readiness
Nice to Have
Prior experience in a listed company, investment banking, private equity or IPO environment, Experience in commodities, trading, infrastructure, energy, manufacturing or fast-growth multinational businesses, understanding of Indian capital markets and regulatory frameworks, International exposure and cross-border financing experience
What You'll Do.
Lead and oversee the finance function for the
Act as a key strategic advisor to senior
Drive financial planning
budgeting and long-term business
Support business expansion
restructuring and strategic partnerships
Lead capital raising initiatives including equity
Prepare and deliver investor presentations
Present directly to investors
Build and manage relationships with investment banks
Support fundraising negotiations
valuation discussions and transaction structuring
Coordinate due diligence processes with external advisors
Drive investor readiness and financial storytelling for potential
Support treasury strategy and optimisation of the Group’s
Lead or support IPO preparation and public listing
Prepare the organisation for listed-company governance and reporting
Coordinate with merchant bankers
Ensure readiness for public market reporting
Develop robust financial controls and reporting frameworks aligned
Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards
Oversee statutory reporting
tax compliance and internal
Strengthen governance frameworks and financial risk management processes
Manage banking relationships
liquidity planning and working capital
Support financing structures
