About the Role We're looking for a strategic, execution-oriented CFO to lead Campfire's financial operations and help shape the company's next phase of growth. This is a seat at the leadership table — you'll partner closely with the CEO and board to drive business strategy, capital decisions, and long-term planning. What You'll Do - Own the financial narrative - Serve as a key executive voice to investors, board members, partners, and the broader market, representing Campfire's vision and financial story with clarity and conviction. - Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting across the company - Drive fundraising strategy, investor relations, and capital allocation decisions - Build and scale the finance, accounting, and operations functions - Partner with GTM, Product, and Engineering leaders to inform pricing, unit economics, and growth decisions - Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and audit readiness - Evaluate strategic partnerships, and other corporate transactions What We're Looking For - 10+ years of finance leadership experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS or enterprise software - Prior experience as CFO or VP Finance at a venture-backed company preferred - Track record of leading fundraising rounds (Series B and beyond) or taking a company public - Strong communicator who can translate complex financial data into strateg
