Job Summary The Chief Estimator is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of estimators while ensuring the delivery of accurate, competitive, and timely proposals. This role encompasses full estimating and proposal preparation for industrial facilities, including new construction and maintenance projects valued up to $100M. Estimates will span multiple disciplines, including civil, structural, and mechanical work, across energy, mining, power, manufacturing, pulp and paper, agricultural, pharmaceutical, and other industries served by Loenbro. The Chief Estimator drives excellence in execution, accountability in outcomes, and disciplined estimating practices that consistently exceed client expectations. Essential Job Responsibilities · Provide strategic leadership and oversight to a team of estimators responsible for the development and delivery of accurate, competitive, and timely proposals across all project sizes and disciplines. · Establish priorities, allocate resources,
