What They're Looking For.
Must Have
US Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance, Master's degree or PhD in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, Minimum of 10 years of experience in R&D, with a focus on AI/ML, software, and decision systems, Proven leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing high-performing technical teams, Deep understanding of software development principles, methods, and tools, analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to absorb complex technical information quickly, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences, Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Nice to Have
Active Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI is preferred, Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and infrastructure is nice to have
