What You'll Achieve.
Ensure maximum efficiency, economy, and quality of work; Provide on-time delivery of BSR, TWO, and IRO
Industry & Context.
Perform diagnostic and repairs on building; Perform diagnostics and repairs on high and low voltage systems and equipment
Available for emergency contact via cell phone twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Formal vocational/technical training in maintenance / mechanical / electrical related, At least three years of experience within the last five years in a supervisory capacity for an operation and maintenance program with HVAC, Elevator/Escalator, Electrical and General Maintenance Mechanics in a single building of comparable size, Valid stationary engineer’s license at least equivalent to a Class 3 Steam Engineer (DC) or First Grade Engineer (MD), Competency in HVAC, plumbing and/or electrical through a combination of education, professional registration, Working knowledge of engineering and building, Ability to read, review, and understand, Experience in managing a data center to include Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), Power Distribution Units (PDUs) and back-up generators, Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
What You'll Do.
Oversee mechanical and electrical operations
Supervise technicians
Assign work to subordinates utilizing CMMS
Provide Quality Control services
Perform diagnostic and repairs on building
Perform diagnostics and repairs on high and low voltage systems
electrical and life safety system maintenance
Train contractor employees
Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair work
Prepare and issue solicitations
Administer CMMS requirements
