What You'll Do.
Supervise implementation of preventive maintenance
Supervise implementation of repairs
Monitor life safety systems
Administer department
Manage engineering related capital projects
Perform preventative maintenance of mechanical/electrical systems
Perform repairs of mechanical/electrical systems
Perform general maintenance of physical plant
Maintain swimming pool
Follow preventative maintenance procedures
Maintain engineering check book accounting
Interview engineering staff
Supervise engineering staff
Train engineering staff
Manage engineering staff performance
Assign tasks to engineering staff
Follow-up with engineering staff
Maintain accurate records
Maintain filing system
Maintain engineering spaces
Tour hotel complex daily
Identify items requiring action
Train managers on life safety
Correct brand GSS issues
Correct brand GSI issues
