About the Role As Chief Engineer, you will oversee all aspects of building operations, maintenance, and physical asset preservation for a mixed-use residential community. Ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for residents, guests, and staff. You will manage budgets with a focus on cost-efficiency and sustainability. Lead the residential turnover process, and implement preventive maintenance programs to protect and enhance the resident experience. This role requires strong leadership to guide an in-house maintenance team and coordinate vendor services, while upholding service standards and regulatory compliance. You will champion energy-efficient and sustainable practices, conduct safety audits, oversee emergency preparedness, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
