Must Have

Accredited Technical School, Military, or College Certification in HVAC and/or Operating Engineering Technologies and/or equivalent job related training and experience required, Universal HVAC (CFC) certification and DC-3 license required, Minimum of 5 years of related maintenance operations experience, 3 years of supervisory experience

Nice to Have

Experience with Retail, Residential, Historic and New Buildings

Oversee operational aspects of property

Manage assigned staff

Implement maintenance/repair programs

Select contracted services

Manage multiple employees

Develop capital project plans

Monitor performance of services

Evaluate property needs

Ensure tenant compliance with maintenance

Manage insurance exposures

Develop proactive strategies

Perform regular site inspections

Create capital improvements plans

Sustain peak efficiency operation levels

Expedite maintenance requests

Reinforce monthly staffing schedules

Manage staff development efforts
