enterprise-wide Data & AI strategy, business acumen, COMEX / Board level credibility, enterprise data governance, regulatory environments, trusted data foundation, AI & GenAI industrialization, MLOps / GenAIOps principles, modern cloud-based data stacks, AI platforms, architectural direction, change leadership, cross-functional data community, leading large, multi-country Data & AI teams, scalable operating model, attract and retain scarce Data & AI talent
Nice to Have
PhD preferred, specific ML framework experience, cloud platform certs

Define and execute Data & AI vision
Develop 3-year roadmap
Ensure measurable business value
Partner with Pluxee Functions
Build and manage reusable Data Products
Promote data-informed decision making
Lead evolution of data and AI platform
Oversee data ingestion
Implement robust MLOps practices
Collaborate with Product & Technology
and scale AI use cases
Lead creation of AI Incubator
Promote adoption of generative AI
Partner with Design & UX teams

Team & Collaboration
