CRNA Opportunity | Acadiana Endoscopy Center (AEC) | Lafayette, LA Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a team-oriented, experienced Chief CRNA to join the team at Acadiana Endoscopy Center (AEC) in Lafayette, Louisiana. This is a solo-practice Endo setting offering autonomy, efficiency, and strong work-life balance within a cohesive, tenured team. Position Highlights: Base Salary Options $275,000 1099 $245,000 W2 Quarterly retention bonuses Annual case count bonus Extra Compensation for Chief - inquire for more! 6 Weeks Off CRNA-only site – enjoy working independently Endoscopy only: Upper EGD & Colonoscopies 4 sites of service daily and average 45 cases per day Mon – Fri, 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM schedule CRNAs here enjoy an average 35-hour work week Peel-off system – opportunity to leave early when cases finish.
