Must Have
7 years Commercial Building Operations experience, 7 years Property Management experience, High School Diploma required, GED required, Trade school diploma required, EPA Universal Certification required
Nice to Have
Related trade certifications preferred, BOMI SMT/SMT designation preferred
What You'll Do.
Assign tasks to engineering
Negotiate with vendors
Ensure projects stay within time
Ensure projects stay within budget
Compile reports for assigned projects
Support engineering team
Participate in budget process
Develop specifications for contracts
Solicit maintenance contracts
Administer maintenance contracts
Oversee construction projects
Oversee tenant improvement projects
Oversee capital projects
Ensure code compliance
Ensure OSHA safety compliance
Ensure Stream SOP compliance
Develop long-term strategic plans
Develop property forecasting
Supervise engineering staff
Provide staff leadership
Schedule engineering staff
Counsel engineering staff
Train engineering staff
Develop engineering staff
Perform preventive maintenance
Repair mechanical systems
Repair electrical systems
